💸 Shipping Costs

• Delivery is 100% free for all orders within South Africa.
• No minimum order value is required.

🚚 Delivery Times

We deliver across South Africa using trusted couriers.

Estimated delivery times:
• Main centres: 2–4 working days
• Outlying and rural areas: 3–5 working days 

🛒 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on a Friday, weekends or public holidays will be processed the
next working day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order
has been dispatched. 

🚚 Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking
information to be updated.

Please note that delivery delays may occur during high-demand periods, load
shedding, or adverse weather conditions. 

📦 Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact
you to arrange redelivery. 

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Mighty’s customer support at info@bemighty.co.za within 2-3 days of expected arrival for assistance.

Mighty Refund & Returns Policy (South Africa)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mighty player. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with South African consumer law.

🔄 Return Conditions

You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it if:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• It was purchased directly from our official online store
• You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

This 7-day return period is in accordance with Section 44 of the ECTA. 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, tampering, or water damage
• Items with missing packaging or accessories
• Products purchased via third-party retailers 

💰 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days of receipt and inspection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

 🔁 Exchanges

• If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, we will gladly replace it at no
extra cost.
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence via email:

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.
• Returns must be sent via trackable courier to ensure safe receipt.
